What ever! (Ta)

Spaced needed is also dependent on which hole you have the ball on the steering block, and the height of the ball. I set mine up to match the plastic steering blocks I was using. Others seem to run different setups. Chuck spacers in and change them as needed.

Are you away from the fires?

I've never run one there-i just leave the gap to the thread!

I shim the lower hinge pins though to stop the fore/aft play and the axles (mainly the rear) to stop the in and out movement.

I think that's all I shim though!

I found some suitable washers and put them in which took the gaps from ~2mm each side to 1.75mm - does seem to make a difference

shimming the lower pins should be a good idea to remove caster changes

Yeah, we're away from where a fire front would come - we're about 2km from that edge of town, and where they're fighting it is a few k's further out. I could see flames from the freeway on my way home from work yesterday and a lot of smoke blowing west, there was almost no smoke this morning but I saw a fire truck headed up a track towards it with it's lights on. On my way home there was a bit more smoke, and the water bomb helicopter buzzing around, but there didn't seem to be too much going on.

There's not a lot of smoke around, very windy though. My friend lives right on the edge of town where it'd come to, so he's taken his family to a hotel for the night - if it came over his hill he'd be about stuffed

buy some tyre glue as well, and the damper set doesn't come with oil, so get some 350 and 500 CST oil (ignore WT specifications, they're not consistent)

rcmart has a combo deal! http://www.rcmart.com/combo-yeah-racing ... th=389_391
