I want to see how everyone has made their subframes!

What materials are best to use and how should they be braced to be deem safe?

Does eveyone use custom engine mounts or make a frame to suit the mounts from the donor car?

Thanks
Dan

Dan, here's mine. 3mm mild steel tube. Mainly reinforeced where it meets the cone towers more than anything else. Archangel used it as the basis for his (with obvious differences). You will find that most people used the mounts that came with the engine (though not all as you can see in Baracades version mount on top of gearbox).
