Im planning on fitting a daihatsu cb70, 3 cyl, DOHC turbo EFI engine to my roundnose.

I have no idea if it will be successful or not though.

Has anyone had a look at a Toyota Echo. I noticed that they are designed with very limited room involved may fit in a roundnose better than the 4efte (and has VVTI) but sadly not turbo...

The roundnose that I'm looking at buying has a 1330cc MG Metro engine. I don't actually know what engine it is but I know that the engine number is... BHM1441N

What does that number mean?

my company has sent me to singapore for a few weeks (where i am now) and last weekend i was down at dreamcars asia which was a pretty cool car show at the singapore exhibition centre

point to the story is, i took a couple of photos of the engine bay of a pretty neat turbo setup on an echo engine

ftp doesnt seem to be working from here, can i e-mail them to anyone to post for me? ive already shrunk em to 600 wide (65k)

miniVan send em to me at [email protected] and i'll get them up. Do you think it would fit in the roundnose or a neater fit in a clubby...

Cheers

its a very small engine, but this turbo kit mounts the turbo quite high.. so might have some clearence issues

It would be an A+ engine, (like I have in Barney) the number doesn't ring a bell though.

A+? A+ as in a really good engine, or is A+ a code for something?
