1, find a good engineer
2, find a good bank manager
3, contact Archangle re subframe manufacture
4, find motor GTI, I presume

Then you will need good brakes (4 spots most likely), custom driveshafts, wiring sorted, fuel system sorted, instruments.
Mix together with a Mini (or a Moke :D ) and enjoy

So lots of time and / or lots of money (if you pay someone to do it for you)

I'm part way through a GTI conversion into a Moke but too many other projects as well.

Look out for a half cut at local and near by wreckers or even an entire car that way you get everything you will need from the doner car, and contact an engineer or two.
