Does anyone here know any place in Melbourne can do this conversion instead of send up to Sydney (Mr.Enforcer)

My project been sitting there for few years time.
I got all the new parts what it suppose to replace and engine waiting to be drop in.

A friend of mine meant to attempt this project for me but he left the country,
so I need to get someone to finalise it. Can't wait to see it running.
