Hi everyone, Is there anyone have problem or any expert know how to fit the zeemax kits properly. Last week I had recieved the kits for my morris cooper (external door hinge). I find it some difficulties to get the trial fit on right, it seem like each pieces aren't join properly and the front flares n rear bar won't sit flash to the panels. Please let me know what to do, if possible to show me with some pictures. Thank you Regards, Benny |

OJ, I imported a full 8-piece Zeemax kit from the UK last year. The kit was the biggest POS I have ever seen. Not only did it not fit (at all), it was poorly made and poorly finished. The front spoiler even came with crack in it free of charge (Just ask JC)! I would never buy one of their kits again nor would I recommend one of their kits to anyone. I am now in the process of heavily modifying the front and rear spoilers into a better shape and a better fit. I would not have bothered doing this if they fitted well. All I can say is good luck! Cheers, Tricky |

All mini's are special to someone |

The kits are designed for a mk3 mini. Our mini's being mk1's is where the differences lay. It will still need to be modded to get it to fit right |

thanks for all your opinions, it looks nice to me when I first saw it on the magazine. I didn't know it has so much crabs involve behind the scene. Anyway, I had a trial fit it on tonight with the self tap screw bolt it on and plus using the angle grinder to a bit of here n there in order to fit it because of the body seam and door hinge. After trying and trying end up not much mod require but it's require 3 strong mans to push and force the kit's shape onto the body because I have don't have a heat gun to twist the fibre glass. I will get one tomorrow and get it all fit on by this sunday if possible. Hopefully I can upload some pics in here. Not too happy about the product, the S.O.B (Zeemax) emphasised they aren't like others making cheap SH ![]() Let see what I can do about it. ![]() |

HI, Have a look at my mini post ( Vtec mini ) it cost a lot to get it put on and painted. I would not buy one again, it's not a Zeemax body kit. Cheers Paul. |
