Guys I was wondering if anyone had solved this problem. I was told by the leccy who did the headlights etc, that he couldn't hook up the fuel guage of the Starlet to the fuel level sender of the Mini tank. Is this correct and if so is there any other after market solution? Could I simply remove the Mini guage from the pod and mount that? Cheers Matt |

matt i just took the mini gauge out of the mini dash and used that, made a nice little surround for it and put it under my dash. Im not sure if its ment to have a regulator or something for it as mine reads over full when full and about 1/4 tank when empty. |

The fuel gauge is normally run of the voltage stabiliser and is only 10 volts that would be why your gauge reads wrong ![]() |

Would the OHM range be in the manual. I'll have a look tonight as this would be a good solution. Cheers for the info guys...I think I will go the standard mini item in the first instance. |
