I'm in the middle of a Vtec conversion and having trouble with the Alt setup. Anyone have experience with where to best locate it? |

The poster on my office wall facing me has the alternator mounted low in front of the engine to the left. Only just above crank height. But then it has a f'glass clubbie flip front end. There are also some other good pics here: http://www.angelfire.com/me4/minihybrids/honda1.htm |

a popular route seems to be on the 'other' side of the fan belt, under the mudguard. running in the opposite direction to normal (which doesn't matter of course) |
