Would you recommend an LSD? I've heard a lot about them, does it help you get more traction in your experience?
I don't know whether it's worth it...

Absolutely. They effectively take your car from 1WD to 2WD doubling traction. With the power we're trying to put through the front wheels you need all the help you can get. They wont eliminate torque steer, but they'll help. They will stop you spinning one wheel and help massively with applying power through corners. Without one you will just light up the inside wheel when all the weight shifts off it.
For a stock motor in a road only car you can do without, but start upping the power and driving in anger and you'll quickly want one.

Good to hear you have it up and running now
My car behaves similar side to side but the steeing wheel isn't pulled car just moves one side then the other as the tyres grip OK on smooth road though.

Cheers Ben - took it's time but it's almost there - are you running an LSD? Still the stock output? Smooth roads are a blessing amazing how straight it goes.

I ain't going to sell it and i plan to keep it in one piece
Got under it tonight and things are a little worse than first thought. After talking to Dan who had similar oil leaks he pointed me towards the sump and sure enough it's pissing out from around the drivers side area where the pulleys are

Looks like it's sump off time to run some silastic around it.
The clutch master has also lost half it's fluid and seems to be coming from around the front of the motor where the slave is, perhaps i need to kit it?
Time will tell how many more problems there are
