efficiency = power output per cc of engine size and gallon of petrol.
economy = distance covered per cc of engine size and gallon of petrol.
still dont reckon top-fuel dragsters are either efficient or economic...dont they use like 15 gallons (50 odd liters) per 400m? so they sure as HELL arent economic
sure they output MASSIVE numbers and cover that 400m faster than anything on wheels...but i dunno how efficient that is
there'd be a fair amount of wastage
those flames pouring out of the exhaust pipes would reduce their efficiency rating i would say...
