Chris, i'm just going to put an uprated clutch in and change the timing belt. Rest is bolt on.. manifolds and bigger turbo. I'll save the rebuild for when it blows

Weeeeell....fair bit of stuff happening since the last update

The ball is starting to roll faster and i'm getting a nice catalog of parts :mrgreen:

My New Steering Rack with extended tie-rod ends:

Big news is that i got my Manifold today!

Here is my 4x6" PWR Barrel

The uprated Exedy clutch

Bosch 910 Fuel Pump

Uprated 315cc Injectors

And Bonnet pins to stop it all exploding out the bonnet :mrgreen:

We also have the engine 90% in, just a bit of aligning to do with the bottom mount and getting the angle we want.

Many thanks to Brad for his help!

Ohhh and be on the lookout this Friday for my favourite purchase yet

Still aiming for MDU!

It's going to mostly depend on the stuff that i can't do, like wiring ecu and electricals and driveshafts and if the people doing that can do it in time for me..

Brilliant effort. Have a go at the wiring. Ask Brad he convinced me to do it. The plugs can only go on one other plug so you can't really crosswire like a Mini loom or something.

Thanks Matt, I'm getting an adaptronic ECU so the plugs need to be cut off and wired into the ECU...and i want a neat job...don't really trust myself..time wise too i only have a few weeks..

I'm very happy today as we got the Engine all mounted up and ready to go :mrgreen:

It's sitting nice

I'll go and get some more pics maybe, but it's not much different to before

The best news of the day is that my new super bling TAROX 6pots arrived

Can you say cool! 3 Piece alloy hubs, vented, slotted, light as buggery.

I love this last pic in the instruction manual :lol:

Frame will most likely go off to the powdercoaters tommorow
