looking good, i'd recommend some extra bracing on that subframe under the motor or at least some triangulation on the sides, it's going to flex if you leave it like that :)

It's a starlet mount but looks to have a bit of it machined off to mount flat with the bracket.

now I have a problem woth the alternator (does not charge :? ) maybe is because is running backward?

any idea of this problem with it?

Changing the direction of rotation of the alternator will not stop it working. An alternator produces AC voltage, which is rectified into (pulsating) DC so it doesn't matter what direction it's mounted, the fan just turns in the other direction.

That looks like a well sized intercooler for the Starlet engine without going too big. What size is it? ~500x250mm?

However, where is the intake air filter situated?

Looks good. You could do yourself a massive favour and ditch the factory exhaust manifold. They're restrictive as buggery.

Only just noticed this thing was left hand drive!

Did the steering rack foul the gearbox at all?
