Yes im making 4efte frames with joshs being the first one. Looks like i will be able to do them for around 1/2 what mr enforcer is charging and about a 2 week turn around once an order is placed.

I will put up a big post about this soon once i finalise everything, it will be for clubmans only at this stage.

haha maybe one of those stickers would be good :D

I will be looking at getting them engineered before sale, but if this leads to to much cost i will be getting a legal document made stating that anyone using it on the street will need an engineers certificate for it.

Good luck Brad with the frames, if i had the time i'd try to do it myself.

If you need any help with setouts and dimensions give us a yell.

Dan

You welding them up or are you doing the designing etc and getting the fabrication done on consignment?

thanks dan, may hit you up of a couple of pictures of my gear lever arms that you took that day you came around as i cant see mine clearly in the engine bay now.

matt I will be doing the design, getting all the tube and plate cut then getting them proffesionally welded. Its going to be based on my mini's frame but with a couple of tweaks here and there.

I will put a thread up about it once i finish joshs one for all to see.

Excellent Brad, well done mate, there is obviously a market. It was funny I was talking to my engineer about this after the brake tests, asking whether he would certify subframes. He was his usual circumspect self but didn't say no.

As usual Brad, while people (including me) talk about it you just do it.

Cheers

Matt
