do other states have Trade Plates?
here in south oz a car workshop gets 'Trade Plates'
which let them drive ANYTHING on the road legally...
i've often thought regarding engineering/legalities etc etc it may be easier and cheaper to set up a business and get trade plates rather than go through all the b...poo poo of getting stuff 'legal'....
food for thought.
Well i dunno about the law in your state. But in qld, even if you have a trade plate, the car needs to be roadworthy (ie. legal). Its just for workshops to drive unregistered cars, Not unroadworthy ones... Sorry
I know this as my old boss got one for our workshop to use and told me the rules he had to obide by.
Sorry to be the fun wrecker
