Ive done a bit more investigation, and had a look through the different joints ive got.
From the left its the 2 small uni joints ive got, and the pot joint from the passenger side of my auto starlet.
Next is the end of the driveshaft from my 6 speed manual. (came out of an ae101 corrola and was imported from japan)
Next is the 4age 20V layshaft, which is the larger size of the pot joint, the same as the drivers side pot joint on my auto which is at the end.
The shaft with the big uni joint is the right tripod for the big pots.
That image is a comparison between the small and large pot joints.
That is the difference between the 6 speed manual and the small pots, its pretty unnoticeable, but the small tripods dont fit the 6 speed ones. Theyre a few mm smaller, and ive no idea where i put the tripods they came with.
The splines for all of the joints are the same.
What pot joints do other people run? Ive got the layshaft with the large pot joint, and ive fitted the other large pot joint to the passenger side. Just need to get a spare big tripod joint.
