A 'cheap' EFI rover around 8500 - 9K depending on whats in it.
I can get solid prices and pics if you had something in mind.

I just wanna know if I'd be able to get an EFI rover mini for say, $12,000 or less, then I'd still have a couple thou for wheels, flares, interior etc.
