Thats it, I remember it being stunning! Loved the Norwell show, where as I took my sisters Clubman, bit of rust, and when the judge opened the boot all the KFC and Mc Donalds wrappers flew out ( being a uni student there was a lot, And spent 5 minutes going around picking them up

Yes Brett a very good looking car. Owned by a Japanese gentleman I think. Haven't seen it since Norwell. From Memory it had wood veneer on the dash and the steering column mount and a couple of other places. Leather interior was beautifully done. We were there in Michael's Leyland S. Grandson Jameson was 2 1/2 and thought he was the king going down the highway in the Mini. Not impressed at all that he couldn't go home in the Mini. Great Day.

It might still be around? Licence plate check says the rego expired in April 2020

Yeah a Japanese bloke owned it. Connelly leather everywhere. It was a blank cheque resto.

That car was owned by Jeff Chang and was around in 2000 as it won the Morris 850 Modified Class at the MOCQ Mini 2000 at Lakeside Raceway.

PS to previous reply - The car also won Best Modified Mini of 2000 at that show.
