| Post subject: | Best Resource To Finding Out What Was Standard On My Mini? |
Hi All, This may seem like a bit of a silly question, but what's the best resource for finding how my mini would have looked the day it came out of the factory? I recently bought a 1966 Morris Mini Deluxe and know the basics from looking at the ID plate / engine related stuff, but what about more of the interior or styling options. I have tried countless Google searches but haven't really found what I'm looking for. For example, my mini has two front mirrors that have been replaced, how can I find what they should be/look like? Interior colour options that were available? what the standard steering wheel was, etc Thanks in advance Paul |

Your best bet would be to have a look through the brochures section here, or find magazine articles from the time viewforum.php?f=32 Standard they had no side mirrors and the steering wheel was the same Mk1 steering wheel from most cars |

Try to get a hold of some mini experience magazines. They have some good articles about it. The book spotlight on the mini down under book should have a few good pictures also.
