I found these metal bearing looking things attached to my drain plug for my oil. I don't know what they are and my car drove perfectly fine when I moved it from my bottom shed to my top garage. What are they?

Even more have come out now. On starting to get worried because I know that the engine and gear box share the same oil. And I dont want either of them damaged

They look like needle bearings - what length and diameter are they?

With the size of those bits, I would suspect sabotage!

[broken diff bits left in sump?]

They look like 3mm dia x 13 long.
Idler gear bearings or maybe layshaft (less likely unless left behind on assembly).
No needle bearings are in diff..

Look like idler gear bearings most probably from the gearbox casing side dropping back out into the box, as they'd be unlikely to get out past the gear from the transfer housing side. Is the gear rattling?

No she drives fine. I asked a mechanic and he said it could be from the synchro. Is it possible at all?

No. Synchro hubs have 3 balls and springs.

Old rollers could have been left in bottom of box when rebuilt, they can hide behind selector shafts. Seen before.

These look like 2nd/3rd needle rollers (3-synchro 'box). Listen for exaggerated note or different gear whine accentuated in 2rd or 3rd. If you haven't driven for a while it may be something you're not used to hearing.

Otherwise as said above, needles could have been left behind in a previous build - easily done if not flushed.

I usually double clutch the car usually, I took it for a run without double clutching and no noise or anything like that. It shifts up and down smoothly.
