Hi all
Im trying to do a vin check on this clubman but it has only 15 characters and the vin check programs want 17 characters.
Also it doesn't like the forward slash
XNHAB18Y/102891
7/78 build
Any ideas ?

It's not a "VIN" as they hadn't invented the VIN system yet :D
XN = Leyland Mini
H = Mid level trim
A = Saloon 2 door
B = 1000cc
1 = 4 speed manual RHD
8 = 1978
Y = Australia
102891 = car number (first car was 100,001)

Old cars won’t have money owing. It’s been 30+ years since ant bank would have accepted them as collateral.
