Hi mini wizards ,
Currently restoring the original rims for my 1970 mini K (crystal white)
Does anyone know if they were originally painted silver or body colour matched or something else ?
Wanting to try to get as original as possible with this car

Additional - anyone know a good paint supplier in South Australia that can procure/mix that colour

Someone local in SA might have a better suggestion but PPG (who now have Dulon/Dulux products) seem to have the BMC colour formulae in modern finishes. If you can find a PPG (Protec) outlet they might be helpful.

Milsomes here in Melbourne matched Silver Birch for my wheels.
