Hi all

I was wondering if someone could post pictures of the wiper box setup below the wiper panel.

I think there is some sort of rubber washer that sits under the wiper panel and then a rubber and eight sided nut on top of the wiper panel

Dare say I need to buy a kit of some sort any suggestions as to where I could buy the correct one for a mini K would be appreciated

Thanks

These recessed wipers are Australian, the UK style top rubber or chromed plinth won't fit properly due to length, diameter and angle differences.

The 8 sided nut and stainless washer can be had from Mini parts suppliers like Mini Kingdom Online.
The bottom angled piece (is it rubber or alloy?) I can't help with, but if you PM me, I can machine you a pair of top rubbers from black HDPE.
AFAIK, the Oz top rubbers are NLA new, unless someone has recently had some moulded.

Minisport have the hex nuts and the black plastic spacers.

I just had a look at the minisport reference from Winabbey and it appears to me that the kit they have only addresses the kit needed above the wiper panel.

Does this mean that the wiper box just butts up to the wiper panel underneath?

The kit has one small and one large black bush to do one side only. The small one with a ridge goes under the scuttle and the larger one goes above. If you dont have enough threads to attach the top nut then you will need to cut down the smaller one. They recommend 4mm be taken off the smaller one.
