Hey team Can you offer suggestions for a couple of things - I am located in Sydney I’m after Wheel arches to suit a clubman/leyland sedan with 10x6 minators ? I am after non lipped style arches that cover the tyre tread with as little over hang as possible Unsure of offset atm but standard track front and rear Also - where locally to trial fit , and or purchase ? Car is sitting in my garage and i’ll need to borrow , trial fit etc I have purchased a set before cheaply overseas and had to sell at a loss as they just didn’t fit or suit Thanks ben |

I am not sure what you are after exactly. Have you looked at dealer sites such as: https://minisport.com.au/flares-and-chr ... -mouldings It is a bit difficult to 'try before you buy'. People with flares usually have them on their car already. Have you been to car shows to see what is available for minis? Sorry I can't be more help; I only have experience with the 'factory' style flares. |

Ben - you probably already know but keep in mind front flares will be a different shape for round-nose and Clubman style. Rears are the same. |

If you're trying to figure out what size arches you need, the size seems to be based on the front arch at 12 o'clock. So if you put straight edge over the tyre and measure to the bodywork directly above the front hub, you should get a good idea what size you need. look out for what camber you're running, as this can change the amount it appears to protrude. Best to use a level to check really |

Can you take a wheel off and get the offset measurement? Knowing that will make suggesting an arch easier. |

Thanks Ill look abit further into that site Quote: Ben - you probably already know but keep in mind front flares will be a different shape for round-nose and Clubman style. Rears are the same. Yes I am aware - its very limiting in choice and there is abit of mis info on the net what fits and what doesnt. What really is the difference (can one be made to fit the other and vice versa?) Part of what brings me here is a link to a set I got awhile back , which ended up being too narrow and also not fitting the front at all. I really do want to get it right ![]() Quote: If you're trying to figure out what size arches you need, the size seems to be based on the front arch at 12 o'clock. Here are the basic details wheels = minators 10x6 ET +6 Front 5cm to cover tyre from 12 o'clock Rear 4cm to cover tyre from 12 o'clock Hope that influences abit of input ! If anyone has some squarenose arches that suit , please speak up Thanks again Ben |

Get yourself some monte-carlo arches. They are not lipped like you wanted, fit a clubman and are wide enough to cover your wheels. (6cm front, 5cm rear). They are made of plastic which cuts nicely if you want to trim them to narrow them up, and they dont need holes drilling into the guard except for the existing lip. |
