Is is possible to modify the UK door handles to fit Australian wind up windowed doors? Any comments would be appreciated. |

UK ones don't need chroming etc. |

Sliding window handles will look different. Shorter and curved. Here is a link to one Jim Aldridge posted on FB. https://m.facebook.com/story/graphql_pe ... IxNDQ0OTM5 You need to shorten the shaft. Drill a new hole for the split pin. Swap the external bezel.

If you have no luck with the various mini businesses or from wanted adds then I would recommend looking for a complete rusty door / car on Gumtree or Facebook then see if they will remove the handle and post it.
