I took the CS for its first run last week the car is a full restoration , not registered yet, only drove in my dead end street , when I applied the brakes it felt like one rear wheel locked on .I then went into reverse and it seemed ok then it happened again. I have time now to find the problem ,the brake pedal is just above half, when I start the car the pedal is hard up max ,any ideas what to look for? New booster master cylinder brakes etc TY Allen |

In Vic you can get a temporary permit if taking an unregistered car to be registered or repaired or for a roadworthy. You are then covered for TP insurance. |

addressing the problem - pull the drum off, there will be something floating around in there, likely rubber - I once had part of the boot from a wheel cylinder come adrift and did exactly what you describe |

Also check they are both correctly adjusted and tyre pressures are what they should be. |
