Where/how is the flasher unit secured under the parcel shelf? Is there a clip available to secure it? |

I think the original units had a mounting tab and were bolted to something (someone on here may correct me). Mine cable tied to the pedal box... |

I seem to remember it was the side of the pedal box beneath the dash? The clicking transmits nicely to the metal to make it more audible when its bolted down. |

Thanks for the replies. As for mine being a metal one - been a while since I have seen it amongst all my parts. Would be desirable to have a metal one. Trying to get it back on the road before it turns 50 years. |

Mine ('68 Deluxe) was a glass unit, in a small spring-clamp under the dash - retained by the bolts that hold the column drop bracket |
