I bought this third gear NOS for a 4 synchro box i'm rebuilding and it looks like it's been sandblasted to clean it up.
The dog teeth don't look OK to me nor does the face where the baulk ring sits-should i use this or send it back?

and here's the one i was going to replace which appears to be better than the NOS one

Cheers
Dave

It appears the person who picked it in the warehouse put their hand in the wrong hole. The seller now knows about it and will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Thanks all
The vendor has contacted me and is sending another one-great customer service!!
Winabbey was correct, someone grabbed it out of the wrong bin.
All good now :)
Cheers
Dave
