Just looking for some unbiased opinions on transporting my Cooper S from NSW to Tassie. The online reviews for Prix & Ceva are pretty scarey! They state there has to be a minimum clearance of 115mm Has anyone used these or another company? |

Used VIP which then used CEVA to bring a running mini from QLD to NSW about 9 years ago. No problem, just stopped in front of the driveway and drove it off the truck. |

Thanks for your reply . I’ve had cars delivered this way before from dealers but not actually sent them to myself ![]() |

69Cool I used Prixcar to move my mini door to door from Nambour to Ballarat last month (July). The whole process took 22 days (the car sat in their Brisbane depot for 14 days). They have an online tracking service so you can see where your car is at any time. The car arrived in the same condition as it was in Nambour and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Regarding the minimum ground clearance, my car had about 80 mm (more now thanks to HiLOs) but there no issues as they use proper transporters with hydraulic ramps etc. |

I also used Prixcar for my MX-5 - Newcastle to Melbourne. There was a slight clearance problem. |

Used prix car last month, and I was really happy It left a little late from the owner in Victor Harbour but arrived the day after originally scheduled, in a covered trailer no less It would have got here the day scheduled but the driver couldn't start it to load it on! "Did he push the button on the floor?".... uhhhhh Oops |

Thanks everyone looks like Prix are the way to go. It’s always good if you can get some feedback beforehand rather than later |

Just an update on Prix transporters. Prix moved my car interstate with great care & attention to detail. Tracking was available so I could follow the cars progress & one of the drivers Aaron even phoned me to advise delivery at the first drop off point.Delivery was right on time & apart from the usual road grime there was only one minor sign of damage. This was just the door handle stopper cup which has the end missing. I would use them again & have no hesitation recommending them. |
