I'm doing a quick rebuild of the 1275 that came with a car I just bought.
The pistons I have identified as being AE 19320 +0.040"
Google tells me this is a 9.75:1 late S/1275GT piston, so that was a nice surprise.
However, when searching, a lot of the search results indicated difficulty in sourcing rings to suit these pistons because the ring grooves are not cut as deeply as some other pistons.
I have a new set of Hastings rings and while they are the correct width, they are too deep (in the horizontal plane) for the ring grooves in the piston

I'd rather not cut the ring grooves deeper in the pistons.
Anyone know where I might source a set of correct rings?
Minispares list them, but I suspect they have been NLA for a long time..
