Technically yes, safely not without cutting out the wheel wells and re-making them to suit + suspension as well. but that is the obvious answer ![]() |

Is consideration given to wheel offset caused by diameter increase? I see the wheels are there already... and has tyre height been decided? The scrub radii of the suspension geometry moves outward as you increase the wheel diameter, this gives poor steering control and tram-lining. Reducing tyre sidewall height delivers less road dampening so more vibration and shocks through the seat, gear stick, pedals and Steering wheel to you and any bog in the bodywork of the bumper delete will get a good shaking.. The mini dry suspension is progressive so force transmission at small compression is low giving a softer feel, donuts beat springs (except for total travel) and keep your unsprung weight down. Raising the vehicle and keeping track constant means a higher CG so greater instability and more compression force on those springs so harder springs needed and harder ride gained, that roll cage is a good idea. You end up with a slower accelerating car, that beats you up and tries to steer itself into a rollover ![]() The Mini is so good on 10's, it just engaged all the good design elements |

You can definitely test fit 4x100 PCD wheels to a mini, it just won't be safe for using on the road. If you live in a country other than Australia (it's a UK car in the photo) it might be easier to get it on the road |

I have seen 14"s fitted to a mini with stock rear arches (cut fronts) but I can't rember too many more details about it. I think I've heard about people using moke rear arms as they are longer = bigger wheels and I think they jack the car up HIGH to clear the tyre. Their was also a mini with 18"s or 20"s in a Mini World magazine a few years ago. Made to look like a Hot Wheels car but in real life. |
