I have a 68 Deluxe which has a 10F engine in it, does anyone now what it is out of? Is it common? Is it worth much?

I'd say it's actually a 10YFUH engine from a 1098 Moke that's been restamped incorrectly. The slashes are missing and the numeric font doesn't look right. The block may have been decked which removed the original number in the process.
