I have recently bought a new exhaust system for the C.S. The previous system was just bits and pieces plus a motor bike muffler. I have an extractor LCB mini uk, extension housing, exhaust pipe front AN180V ,Muffler C-STR809B mini cooper. Cost about $500. Extractors are ok extension housing ok from there nothing fits even the exhaust pipe is too long.Anyone got a photo of the underbody showing the exhaust system ?I am trying to keep it as original as possible. Thanks if you can help. I wish I had the money to buy a hoist. |

According to minispares the AN180V is the right length for the freeflow exhaust manifold and requires shortening for use with an LCB. I agree with timmy201. Start at the back by fitting the muffler in the correct spot with correct mounts then tackle the tailpipe length. |

I did as Timmy suggested, but when you mark the pipe from the extractors to the muffler, cut it a bit too long. Then fit and recut if you have too. |
