I have recently bought a new exhaust system for the C.S. The previous system was just bits and pieces plus a motor bike muffler. I have an extractor LCB mini uk, extension housing, exhaust pipe front AN180V ,Muffler C-STR809B mini cooper. Cost about $500. Extractors are ok extension housing ok from there nothing fits even the exhaust pipe is too long.Anyone got a photo of the underbody showing the exhaust system ?I am trying to keep it as original as possible.
Thanks if you can help. I wish I had the money to buy a hoist.

According to minispares the AN180V is the right length for the freeflow exhaust manifold and requires shortening for use with an LCB. I'd fit the muffler to the two mounts and then work out how much needs trimming
Quote:
AN180V - Copy of the original Cooper single rear box downpipe, this fits our freeflow manifold or can be shortened to fit an LCB when fitting the single rear box C-STR809 RC40 silencer.

I agree with timmy201. Start at the back by fitting the muffler in the correct spot with correct mounts then tackle the tailpipe length.

I did as Timmy suggested, but when you mark the pipe from the extractors to the muffler, cut it a bit too long. Then fit and recut if you have too.
