Just fitting gear onto engine, the clearance between oil cooler and starter motor is 4mm is that enough? Also 2 holes above starter motor 5/16, approx. 70 mm apart what goes there ? Thanks Allen |

probably but the new solenoid is smaller between hole centres |

The solenoid is screwed to a mounting plate which bolts to the housing |

I have a relationship problem with oil coolers so I stopped using the things. Except for originality purposes not sure if they are even necessary? |

When the S came out oils was rubbish times have changed oil is much better these days |
