Does anyone know if the brackets that the sunvisors swivel on English built cars were the same as used on the Australian built cars around 1966 - i967 production.
Prior to these brackets English Mk1 cars had firstly a centre mounted hinge on early cars then a swivel mounting which allowed the visor to swing over the drivers door and thirdly the final Mk1 version which allowed the visor to be lowered. The only brackets that are currently available in UK are the grey plastic type and I am doubtful that they are the same as used in 1966.
