I went to adjust the clutch like I used in old days and the Rover mini is missing the adjustment on the arm on the clutch cover ! It has recently become difficult in getting it into gear when stopped. How can I get this sorted ? Thanks, Tony Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Rover verto clutches are self adjusting they have no stop screw. Your problem is elsewhere, maybe air leak into slave cylinder. |

You may want to look into these items as a start on your journey of fault finding: 1. Make sure master cylinder and slave dont have any leaks. 2. The plunger arm and plunger are prone to wear in where the knuckle is. If it has worn the plunger wont be moving far enough. 3. Less likely but possible- check for wear on the pedal clevis. |

Thanks gents, that's a great help, yes it looks like the hydraulics are in need of some overhauling. Cheers Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
