Hi all what's the best way to replace the ball and cups in the suspension? How long does the job normally take?

Hydro = Drop the pressure. Dry = Take out the top arm or cut the trumpet and fit HiLos after your done.

Couple of hours to a couple of days. Depending on what else breaks.

I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm but unless you really do know what you're doing or you can get someone who does to help/show you, it's not what I'd put in the 'handyman' job catagory. Trumpets can split, shatter trying to get old ones out.

Yep. My favoured tools for removing the original trumpets are a BFH and a hatchet.
