I think I have my head around this, can someone please confirm if this sounds correct:

Master cyliner has a line running to the top of the booster
Front of booster has a line running to the top of the 3-way fitting mounted on the firewall
Bottom of the 3-way fitting goes to the brake line that runs to the rear
Left of the 3-way fitting goes to fitting that has the brake switch and front left/right lines

Also, am guessing it will be much easier to install clutch hydraulics first then brakes after?

Yes all you said is correct.
Fitting clutch slave cylinder with booster in is a pita. Fit that first.
I find a crowsfoot socket useful for tightening the MC mounting nuts.
