Yes.
Been a longtime since i've taken one out.
From memory
Remove demister vents
Then 3 (?) nuts on underside
Windscreen out is best and may be necessary (yours already out so all good)

The lower crash pad is worse as is glued on.

Those clips shown are just what holds the vinyl trim to the metal frame underneath, like was said remove the three nuts from underneath and the whole lot will come out then it's easier to retrain if you want to

There are 4 studs attached to the top crashpad that push through holes in the cars top rail.

If you look under the crashpad you will see several studs held tight with nuts. 1 each on the far ends and 2 towards the middle or so.

Undo the nuts and you should be able to pull the crash part out.

I don't think you can get brand new ones. There are some places that offer refurbishment (but quite expensive). If it doesn't have any chunks missing it might be worth having a go at cleaning it (isopropyl alcohol) and maybe using vinyl dye spray paint to bring the colour back. You might also be able to pick up a nice second hand one, although the one you've got looks in good nick.

Rover ones are pretty much the same, They just attach slightly differently.
