Hi all, Opportunities present themselves from time to time, and before I shop I would like to know if it is an east swap. I have a 77 Leyland Mini with the original 3 gauge cluster. Would the a Rover Mini cluster (such as is pictured below) be plug and play? Appreciate your thoughts. David. |

I think only the tacho wiring is different, if its out of MPI. easy way to check the rest is put the two side by side and follow the circuit 'tracks'. |

Coil pack minis ran a different tacho signal, though the rest is very much the same. |

I have the dash from a late MPI Rover mini in my LS and it works fine. I can't remember for sure as it was some time ago but I think if you remove the tachometer there is an adjustment screw that can be turned tune it to your requirements. I think I connected up another tachometer seperate and adjusted the Rover one to read the same as it. I can't saw its 100% accurate but I believe it to be pretty close. |

Thank you all for your replies. Apart from Tacho calibration - all seems plug'n'play. Cheers, David |
