Hi All

I've been tossing up buying a Mini for a couple of years as a project and I finally got around to it.

It's a 1963 850 with almost a completely rust free body from what I can see, I found it with it's nose sticking out of a driveway on a back road with a For Sale sign on it.

Welcome Oz...Melbun is 9,990 km²...if you change your profile by putting in an area N/S/E or West it may help when people put their hand up to assist or whatever...

Thanks All

This will be my 3rd Mini, the first a POS 65 Mini in the UK when I was 17 that I paid 50 quid for, it had more bog and weld than it had metal but I loved it, in typical 70's fashion it had shag pile carpet and fur interior. :)

Second was a Mini panel van with port hole windows and a bench seat length ways in the back. It actually belonged to my ex but she hated it. Eventually traded for a Sigma of all things.

Nothing wrong with Mitsubishi Saturn motors. Early 5 speed gearboxes might be a different thing.
