Don't forget the BMC Experience Grand Day Out is on this Sunday at Bundoora Park, Plenty Rd, Bundoora (just south of the Ring Road.
I have booked good weather - but the weather bureau misunderstood when I said sunny. Forecast is for mostly sunny and 32˚ with showers late evening (well after we have packed up I hope).
Don't worry about it being hot, there will be cold drinks available, as well as hot food and coffee.
Gates open for cars at 9am.
Don't forget this is a FREE event.
Special guest is Bob Holden and there will be 2 autograph signing sessions, so bring along any memorabilia for him to autograph. Bring a text, too in case his runs out of ink
Also, John Sneddon will be launching his book on Australian Mini & Moke production, and Phil Boye will be there selling the Mini In The Gong 2017 calendars - some of the proceeds of which will be supporting our Camp Quality esCarpade Mini - which will also be on display.
Every car entered will receive a FREE raffle ticket and there will be a big prize draw at the end of the day (about 2 - 2.30pm)
There will also be Rocker Cover Racing - must be a rocker cover from a BMC or Leyland related vehicle (so an Austin 7 or BMW MINI or similar is OK too).
If you have young kids we will have some activity books (colouring, games, stickers) to keep them occupied (limited numbers).
