Hi all, been a while since i've posted on here but i have a question. Growing up in the UK, we were in a mini club(obviously). We'd go out to shows and events every weekend and we had one member who had a Rover Mini Paul Smith Edition. Without a doubt, this had to have been my favourite special edition of a mini over all of them when i was a kid. Now here in Australia, of course seeing as rover never sold them here, predictably the numbers are far smaller. I vowed to obtain one of these and in 2019 when i go back to the UK for the mini's anniversary, i plan to buy one and import it back over here.

Regardless, my question is how many of these minis really are out there in Australia? I recall seeing a Japanese import, the black version at a show last year but its the only one i've seen. Just wondering if there are many/any others out there...

Cheers, Phil

It might be worth registering on an import website like this? I'd assume it'd be cheaper to buy from Japan rather thank the U.K. and more likely have less rust? You'd normally get aircon on a Japanese car too!
