Hey guys, I plan on making a police replica. I have a clubman, and i think there used to be police clubmans in the UK. I can't seem to find any photos, and i want to make a replica. If anyone has any information or photos, please post them as it will be a really great help. Also what are people thoughts? Cheers Alex. |

I don't recall ever seeing a UK Police Mini in Clubman style. Every article and photo to date shows the round-nose. Lots of photos of these online, or I can send you some. NSW Police used the Clubman GT as an unmarked pursuit car, and standard Clubmans as station and escort vehicles, like in the photo below. Attachment: Station Clubman Anzac Pde Darley Rd Feb 1973.jpg

There were few Clubman cars built in the UK. Made for only 10? years then dropped. They kept making round nose ones as well, and these carried on until 2000. |
