This poor girl is a bit worse for wear .. ![]() ![]() ![]() Anybody have one lying around ? If not I will go about remaking some of the panels.. Question though .. They were all painted black. Not sure if plated underneath. |

I have one. The top mounting tabs have broken off but the rest appears fine, like not rusty but certainly not restored. M |

As Dr Kev mentioned, they were all painted black. they were never plated. It appears to me that this has been chemically cleaned, and if I am correct that would account for the colour |

There were 2 types- Early ones had 3 bolts, later ones had 2 bolts at top and a V rubber (like a Moke bonnet hinge one) at the bottom, which sat in a |_| shaped bolt. |

Not sure when that came in. Mine is 3/70 and has it, so did a 69 one that I had. |
