It's the real deal, and ready to fitted to a engine block.
22G1128 part number. no S/No stamped into the gear box case.

I think if may be from a 71 or 72 GT

What do I pay for it. ???

realistically, because it's a common casing (unlike MK1 S), it's only worth the sum of the value of the parts that make it different to a Mini K gearbox... hardie spicer outputs, 3.44 diff, 1040 laygear etc.
