G'day everyone,

I have searched and searched but can't find any specific info about who builds engines around the brisbane area (I found the list of mini businesses but not sure if they build engines). So can anyone recommend or provide a list of the businesses around brisbane/ipswich/gold coast that do engine builds?

Just incase any builders are on the forum, what I am looking for is a fast road engine, primarily with low end torque instead of top end power. It will be going in my '78 Van and wont see any track use but will do highway trips.

Thanks

I considered building it myself, but I realistically don't have the time unfortunately

Highly recommend Matt Read!
He doesn't have a website running these days, that I know of, but does all mechanical repairs and engine building....even Twinky stuff if your that way inclined.

Cheers Shane

I have a fully rebuilt 1100 engine for sale if interested. Everything in it is new. Just needs your gearbox and fittings. I built it for a mini I had but sold car before fitting it.
