So with summer approaching I want to fit an air con system to my clubman estate. I have heard varying reports on rover air con set ups, some say they are a waste of time and others say they are pretty good.

Has anyone fitted an aftermarket custom air con system or is the rover air con set up the easiest option?

Will a rover system work on a bmw twinky motor?

I have the rover system in my 68 - was straight forward to fit, works pretty well (way better than not having it thats for sure), and is more compact than an aftermarket setup.

You'd probably get the compressor and everything else in with the twinky, but the alternator may be tricky to locate.
