Not sure. I think they are cheap if you are restoring a Cooper S but dear if you are just after a light for a Deluxe.

make sure it's the right one...... it's not the right one for my MK2 - the repro has the sliding switch, I need the toggle ;)

Yes my original has a toggle switch , but am happy if its: not crumbling . looks similar and works! Unless you can point me to a toggle switch one?

Thanks.

These are a pretty good repro, all the important bits are copper or brass.
John's p/no is HH0001.

I wish....

I live in hope that I'll find a non-crumbly or new old stock toggle one, copy it and make a squillion dollars off it... it might happen

Simon,
What part is crumbling? I have a spare toggle or two in good condition but I don't think I have a spare base in good condition. Sometimes, only the toggle is needed.

Regards
Al

Four popped up on Ebay a couple of years ago. I got to know the guy and he kindly sold me one for a nice price. The rest went for a million dollars each..

Sorry, they're a bit fuzzy..but its a bit dark in the garage..

Would have thought that to reproduce the toggle type wouldn't be much more difficult than the slide version.

Maybe someone will one day soon........?
