i was in QLD on the w/e! me, my cousin and 2 friends went down to the gold coast (from brissie) we stopped in across the road from Aust. fair, there must have been 1000 cars there the joint was packed, any way i saw 2 clubbies and a MINI C/S that left an awesome amount of smoke (tyres, not engine) as it left the carpark! any way i got excited about it!

Yeah thats the 'broadwater carpark.' It's quite renowned for its abililty to pull a crowd of car-nuts on a friday/saturday night. I don't get down there much though cause my mini is tooo smokey. dewey |

Yeah but the cops turned up bout 11:30pm & distroyed the fun! bastards! im going bsck up in june (for the mini muster) & in july for my bday so i will be cruising down there for another look! it was like something out of fast & furious on the way down with all there ricers dragin down the motorway! good to see a few mini's down there!

lol sounds like the cruises that are on in adelaide pack out a massive car park full of ricers and sutff, then the police come and someone yells "COPS!" like in the movies 
and EVERYONE just splits in all different directions! it's so fast and the furious

its pretty funny. It's huuuge though. Kinda like a car show every saturday night. mostly skylines and commonwhores get out. See a few mini's now and then which is cool. I'm usually out cutting piss so I don't see it often dewey |

Similar to here in Sydney... we have a few places.. one of the more popular places would be round the rocks under the harbour bridge... Not much dragging going on anymore, cause the cops are usually there.. Havn't seen any minis there before, but it's still fun. |

Yeah, i was in sysdney about a month ago, and i stayed in the hotel just under the bridge in the rocks, and on the saturday night i sat at my rooms window and watched the endless parade of cars going up and back for hours. Some were good but others really really crap, didnt see one cop the whole time. Here in melb, if you go down chapel st on a fri or sat night, 3/4 of melbs police force are ready and waitng!! |
